Sail Yourself Into Great Shape

Here's a somewhat extreme (but super cool and fun) way to get a great full-body workout, courtesy of my partner in crime (and life), Mark Berni: kite sailing. Killer ab workout, not to mention lots of fun for the quads, glutes, back and arms. Mark trains for this by running and doing TRX and the Rip Trainer for his upper body, leg and back strength. In the warm weather, he trades in his skis for rollerblades. If you see someone flying around the tri-state area, it might just be Mark! Please work up to this one....
