Find your center, as together we strengthen your core and stretch and sculpt your muscles. Pilates is a full-body low-impact exercise system designed to tone your “powerhouse,” increase flexibility and improve overall health. No experience required. All modifications welcome.

Bring high energy and a smile, as together we sculpt lean and toned muscles, burn fat and have fun. Barre and Beyond blends Pilates with ballet and fitness moves, low-impact cardio and strength training, set to popular music. Classes may include the Reformer, Tower, Pilates Chair, Mat exercises and more. According to Joseph Pilates: "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you'll
see a difference, and in 30 sessions, you'll have a whole

Whittle your middle and mold your muscles during this fast-paced, upbeat sweat/smile session for all levels. You'll get a great cardio workout, using HITT, while also strengthening and toning your muscles, using a variety of weights, equipment and techniques. Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training  leverages gravity and  body weight to offer an adaptable, challenging workout. All equipment provided and no experience necessary--just a great attitude.

Training for Warriors

 

What is a "warrior?" You: someone who is ready to work hard and better oneself in an effort to battle against his or her particular challenges. Training for Warriors (TFW) classes are energetic and results-oriented to build strength, burn fat and gain overall conditioning, taught be special certified TFW instructors. A one-hour class included a detailed warmup, cardio bursts and muscle-building exercises--adaptable for all and with individualized coaching--working as a team. I love helping new (and second-, third-, fourth-time around) moms strengthen the muscles needed to support their changing bodies, I also help women to regain their core strength and get back to—or stronger than—their pre-pregnancy fitness level. I have additional training in pre- and post-natal fitness, plus personal experience "bouncing back" after three C-sections! Check my schedule for pre- and postnatal fitness classes or get a group of moms together to create your own class (indoors or out). Babies welcome!

Find your strength--inside and out--in this class designed specially for pregnant women. Using a variety of weights, TRX, body-weight exercises, Pilates and more, we will strengthen the muscles you need to support your changing body and help prepare it for childbirth and caring for a newborn. Additional stretching and release techniques will offer some relief for aching muscles and foggy minds, all taught in a safe, mindful manner.
