Leslie Caney Berni work out. I am a personal trainer and I teach Pilates Privates and Duets and Pilates Mat in Stamford. My clients include moms and men from Pound Ridge, Stamford, New Canaan, Darien and Greenwich.

I have been working as a Personal Trainer, Barre and Pilates Instructor for many years and have certifications from national groups including the American Council on Exercise, the Pilates Method Alliance, Stott Pilates, Booty Barre and more. I did my training through Black Rock Pilates (Balanced Body). I love to help pregnant women to feel strong and help with pelvic floor issues and diastasis recti. I'm Leslie Caney Berni

I am a passionate professional, with a lifetime of experience in dance, gymnastics, yoga, Pilates and sports/fitness conditioning. In private sessions, duets and group classes, I love to work with all levels and ages to create customized, challenging--but fun--progressive Pilates and exercise programs. I take a holistic approach, grounded in the latest exercise science, which will help you to feel fit and fulfilled—body, mind and soul. Fitness is an ever-adapting journey, not a destination. And it's for life. My goal is to help guide you on that journey, in and outside of the studio.

I love frogs almost as much as I love to teach Pilates mat and apparatus classes. I teach most mornings to clients of all ages, with shoulder, hip and knee injuries.
